Keep downtime to a minimum with this efficient, inexpensive option for same-day service. One phone call to our Customer Care Centre puts you in touch with a trained technical professional ready to provide expert troubleshooting. Should your equipment require repair, an expert Field Service Representative will arrive on location with an inventory of spare parts and requisite operation and maintenance manuals. Field Service Representatives also assist operators to help ensure efficient production.
Our On-Site Service is also available as a twelve month service agreement which includes phone support, parts, the Field Service Representative’s travel, labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition and scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
