Express Depot Service
With Express Depot Service, you can rest assured you will have access to fast, efficient and convenient service with minimal downtime. One phone call to our Customer Care Centre puts you in touch with a Customer Care Agent who will be happy to log a service request. A technical professional will then contact you to provide expert troubleshooting over the phone. Should the unit require repair, you will receive a loaner for use while your unit is shipped to our Depot Repair Centre for repair and reconditioning and until it is sent back to you in working order.
Our Express Depot service is also available as a twelve month agreement which includes phone support, expedited shipment of a comparable loaner unit as well as parts and labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition.
