Depot Service

CashTech’s Depot Service offers efficient and convenient service with minimal downtime when your equipment requires repair. One phone call to our Customer Care Centre puts you in touch with a Customer Care Agent who will be happy to log a service request. A technical professional will then contact you to provide expert troubleshooting over the phone. Should the unit require repair, ship the unit to our Depot Repair Centre and within five business days of its receipt, CashTech will return the repaired and reconditioned unit back to you.

Our Depot Service is also available as a twelve month service agreement which includes phone support, parts and labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition and a guarantee of a five business day turnaround upon receipt of the unit.
