C-LINK is a modular and scalable platform for the remote management, monitoring, and reporting of CIMA machines. Designed to be used by the end customer or service provider.
C-LINK reduces the overall cost to support a population of cash handling machines deployed. C-LINK provides status updates in real-time so that problems can be identified and resolved quickly. Software, such as firmware, CAOS and note templates can be distributed centrally too. This saves from having engineers visit every location to perform these tasks individually, reducing the cost of service and support.
