Our service technicians perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on all the Manufacturers products that we carry, in addition to a broad range of manufacturing systems by third parties.

On-Site Service

Our On-Site Service Support is available as an annual service agreement which includes phone support, parts, travel and labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition and scheduled preventative maintenance visits. Our technical experts serve clients requiring on-site installation, maintenance and repair services at their facilities.

Because your time is important, our technicians quick local response time can be tailored to your needs and work within your schedule to get your equipment up and running quickly and accurately.

Express Depot Service

Our Express Depot service is also available as an annual service agreement which includes phone support, expedited shipment of a comparable loaner unit, as well as, parts and labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition. Express Depot service, for table-top equipment, offers a rapid response, turnaround, and the highest repair quality, out-performing on-site service at an extremely competitive cost.

Depot Service

Our Depot Service is available as annual service agreements, which includes phone support, parts and labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition and a guarantee of a five business day turnaround upon receipt of the unit. Depot service, for table-top equipment, offers a prompt response, turnaround and the highest repair quality out performing on-site service at a fraction of the expense.

Time & Material Support

CashTech offers flexible service for customers who do not hold current service support agreements with us. Our time and material service is available via On-site, Express Depot or Depot service.

We are here to help on a time and material basis, whenever you require service. Simply call our Customer Care Centre to report your equipment problem. We will provide you with a quote for the repair once we have received and/or assessed your equipment and the required repairs. Our goal is to get your equipment back in working order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
