Our depot service is available as an annual service agreement, which includes phone support, parts and labour required to restore equipment to its optimum operating condition, and a guarantee of a five-business-day turnaround upon receipt of the unit. Depot service for table-top equipment offers a prompt response, quick turnaround, and the highest repair quality, outperforming on-site service at a fraction of the expense.
CashTech offers flexible service for customers who do not hold current service support agreements with us. Our time and material service is available via on-site, express depot or depot service.

We will provide you with a quote for the repair once we have received and/or assessed your equipment and the required repairs.
